

As indicated in the recipe board I quickly threw together the grist as soon as i got in from work using up some grians I've had open for a while and kinda winged it from there.
All-in-all a very satisfying brew-evening was had, enyoying the simplicity of batch sparging once again, although the clearing up is left to be done tomorrow morning! All there is to do now is wait 10 days or so to see if it's anyway drinkable
