How did this turn out?
Did you do a warm ferment? and if so which yeast did you go for?

It turned out a little lighter than i thought more like a porter than a stout and it was a tad weaker than i wanted cause the IC hose connection leaked into the boiler and diluted down the wort a bit.Bigveees wrote:How did this turn out?

Its fermenting pretty warm 24C, its in my temp controlled fridge so i could drop the temp but to be honest its almost finished already and the hydrometer sample tasted fine so im not going to bother.
I used Thames Valley yeast from brewlabs this stout was pitched on the yeast pack of my munich hop bomb, which tasted lovely, great yeast.
