Tomorrow i`m going to do one mash but split the wort in half and brew 2 different beers.
First up is my

Magic Badger
3500g MO Pale
60g Styrian @ 60mins AA 4%
20g Styrian @ 10mins AA 4%
30g Saaz @ 5mins AA 3%

Target 23ltrs @ OG 1037
BU:GU 0.79 IBU`s 31

Second up is one named by a female friend (seemingly its her fairy name, don`t ask :D )

Dalia Notchwood
3500g MO Pale
40g Sovereign @ 60mins AA 4.7%
20g Sovereign @ 30mins AA 4.7%
30g Sovereign @ 10mins AA 4.7%

Target 23ltrs @ OG 1037
BU:GU 0.89 IBU`s 34

I`m a little tempted to add 350g of Caramalt to the mash as i have loads that needs using up ?

Never thought of that, but i decided to add it anyway as its not a dark malt and i think it will add a bit of extra flavour without
too much colour

Well the mash is just over an hour in so time for a bacon butty :D

I`ve actually now changed my brewday, i`m doing a full 10 gallon batch of the Magic Badger
and i`ll brew the other one next time, but i`m going to split it into 2 FV`s and do one with US-05 and
the second with Lager Yeast  , just to see what difference a lager yeast will have on a blond beer,
they should turn out quite different i would think.
I`ve finished the sparge and just waiting for the boil to start.
