3800g Pale Malt
280g Flaked Maize
48g Hallertau - 60 mins to give 21 IBU
52g Hallertau - 30 mins to give 18 IBU
25g Cascade - 20 mins to give 9 IBU
25g Cascade - steep
US-05 yeast
Using up some old grains and hops for this 1040 ale. Not brewed since Sept so nice to get one on. Have enough ingredients to fit one more in this year. That'll only make 10 brews this year; I'm definitely slowing down.
Have GWs new book for Christmas so next will be mainly from that.
