Ended up with 25ltrs at og1036 with some wort left in the boiler :shock: so happy with that.

I pitched at 15deg C to get a clean beer that should condition fairly quickly.

The colour is spot on just what I was aiming for, Just hope it turns out as good as I hope it will :pray:

Not sure to be honest, it has started throwing off sulphur, but tastes good with no sulphur flavour, so am xssing my fingers at the moment.

It smells much better today than yesterday, so I am hoping its just a minor glitch.
