No word yet matey as I haven't tried it! It was kegged last week and sent up to Richmond North Yorks to the folks house. It was brewed for over Christmas (along with a blonde) as we (my brothers, and I + partners) are going back to the 'rents house for Christmas this year. It will be being cracked into on christmas Eve, so I should have a pretty good idea of how it's faired by Christmas morning


I'm in a similar boat to you brewing wise matey! Being away for christmas, and going to be turning the heating off, I'm not going to risk brewing anything now! My kolsch should be done by then and I have a wlp810 1.5L starter that can sit in the spare room till I get back!


I hadn't noticed the fact that anchor only seem to use NB until I had done mine! Oh well, i'm sure it'll turn out great even if it's not a clone!
