Ok so I have just bottled my first AG (EsJay Stout) which is looking good, though I think it may have come out a little stronger than I had planned but good none the less.

So onto AG#2 -

Pale Malt 5 EBC 7 lbs. 11.4 oz 3500 grams 95.4%
Caramalt 30 EBC 0 lbs. 6.0 oz 170 grams 4.6%

Cascade Whole 6.99999999999999 % 20 mins 0 lbs. 1.4 oz 40 grams 32%
Cascade Whole 6.99999999999999 % 10 mins 0 lbs. 2.1 oz 60 grams 48%
Cascade Whole 6.99999999999999 % 0 mins 0 lbs. 0.9 oz 25 grams 20%

Final Volume: 20 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.041
Final Gravity: 1.010
Alcohol Content: 4% ABV
Total Liquor: 28.7 Litres
Mash Liquor: 9.2 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 %
Bitterness: 32 EBU
Colour: 8 EBC

I will use Protofloc last 10 min of the boil too.

Any ideas for improvement or what it may taste like?

Cheers

It's going to taste of Cascade! Yum :) I did something similar but without quite as many late hops and it's very nice indeed. The only thing I might suggest is knocking back the 10 minute hops to something like 30g and dropping in 10g at 90 minute to compensate. It might be slightly overpowering with 60g of them, but it depends on how you like you beer.
