Just tried my leffe clone today, its damn nice! colour was a bit darker than the real thing but taste wise pretty close.

Can't remember who gave me the recipe on here (was a while ago) but cheers

I used White Labs Trappist Ale yeast from malt miller,

Was it this recipe : viewtopic.php?f=5&t=30771

If so it was the recipe from brewing classic styles, I remember thinking it was very close to the original, the differences were subtle. I used the Abbey ale yeast but I'll try it with Trappist ale yeast probably this year.

Yep thats the one, only changed the cane sugar to a light brown sugar to use it up mainly....
