Had a slurp of this last night. Not quite what I was expecting. More toffee flavours than I thought there would be and the hops aren't coming through like I thought they would. Maybe I should have used less crystal? The flavour of the yeast (and the cold I'm developing) makes it tricky to imagine what it'll be like when it's clear. It's nice, I think. We'll see.

Kegged and the yeast flavours are still making it hard to tell what it's going to taste like. The horrible snotty cold doesn't help either - everything tastes like cardboard. Especially cardboard.
