AG 5

I have been instructed by SWMBO that under no circumstances am I to brew anything else until I've made her a batch of HAz66's Golden Pippin clone. I made this for my 1st AG a short while back but is is very good beer and if it keeps the wife on board then that suits me just fine. I replaced marris otter with golden promise as a slight amendment just to keep things a bit different - I have no Idea of the difference so it'll be fun finding out.

I ended up with an OG 0f 1040 so I'm very pleased with that.

I'll be using a corny for the very 1st time when this has fermented so I'm sure I'll be back with more questions at kegging time.
