Since I'm up early for the F1 this morning, I've got AG#2 underway. Going for an attempt at a tribute clone, using yeast taken from a bottle of 'Proper Job' (which was rather tasty).
Aiming for 30l in the fv;
5kg Maris Otter
1.6kg Munich
40g Fuggles (90 min)
40g Williamette (15 min)
20g Williamette (10 min)
50g Celia (0 min)
Mash on at 9:30, at 67c. No big issues with temperature this week either.
