I tried my second brew on Saturday. I hope I can get the pics to load'
I warmed up the Mash Tun with hot water while the Boiler was getting up to temperature.[*http://img38.imageshack.us/i/dsc00298vo]
After the water was put in, I stirred in the grain.

Then insulation (Single quilt) added and left for 90 minutes.

The Boiler was now up to temperature, I now started the sparge.

The run off.

Now the boil is under way. I now have an extractor and hood fitted to the shed to deal with the steam.

The brew is now in the FV. O.G. 1049.
I will add more pics if this has been successful

Re: AG No. 2 Exmoor Gold
Thanks Alfie09. I obviously haven`t got the hang of this picture sharing yet. Ive been trying to put an avatar against my name but it always asks me to resize. I had given up until now. I shall have to have a play when I get ten minutes.
Thanks again.
Nobby.
