Today I decided to brew an IPA using a recipe I created last night. Sorry for no pictures but I forgot completely! Finish product will be up though!
Batch size 20ltr (Initial) Cut down to 33ltr (Due to using bigger FV's to Copper)
Pale Malt (MO) 7000g
Crystal Malt 300g
Flaked Maize 300g
Brewing Syrup 100g
Pilgrim Hops 11.6 Alpha 50g 60min
Goldings Hops 5.7 Alpha 50g 60min
Celia (SG) 4.01 Alpha 100g 10 min after end of boil (10min)
Yeast (Live Yeast From Brewery)
EBU 62
Mash 60min @ 66c
Boil 60min
Stand 20 min
First 20ltr OG 1.088 - Wort cut back to 1060 (Volume 33ltr)
Looking for a FG of 1013 for a 5.9%
