I will be Burtonizing my liquor and adding Gypsum in the boil. 66C mash, 2 x WLP 001 in a 4 litre starter
i was 4150kg mo
410g wheat malt - padded out with a couple of shredded wheat
24g challenger -50% FWH but adding the hops to the end of the mash
24g cascade 15m
24g cascade 10m
24g cascade 5m
my worry is i let the wort stand for 15m before removing the hops and I don't know if the bitterness will have overshot as a result
