Thanks lads, I'm well pleased with how it's eventually turned out. It was definitely too young at the competition, the recipe is too hop-heavy and it's taken a couple of months to settle down but the second keg is drinking like nectar now.

The hops have settled down and rounded out nicely, although the Tettnang really dominates. FWH'ing really does provide a huge amount of flavour and I'll need to re-examine my recipes in future to compensate for this. I'm going back to basics for my next pils
