I love me some ginger-laced pale ales. From Ginger Marble to Dark Star Hairy Hop Ginger Nuts to Attila's Ginger Knob, I can't get enough of em and it's high time I cracked one out.
So as per here and due to work mucking with my shifts I've started this overnight:

0.2kg CaraMunich 80 (5%)

Re: AG#11 - Bad Panda Ginger Summer
Just finished chilling, 30 min stand then I'll be ready to run off to FV (and take an OG reading).
Not a bad brewday except 1) my recirc hose came off and made a giant mess and 2) my chiller hose popped off while I was outside and got water everywhere, grr

Re: AG#11 - Bad Panda Ginger Summer
Mmmm Mmmmm Mmmmm. I love gingery coriandery ales! This will be a beaut. You went a bit heavier than me on both the ginger and the coriander. I'd love to make mine again but want to keep it as a once a year treat. I will do an autumn version though with crystal and chocolate malt added.
I found that ginger infused ales aren't really that popular on here. Glad there's another ginger enthusiast out there!

I love ginger ales, ginger beer... nom nom nom. Hit my OG exactly, so pleased with that. And I am sure I say this every time, but that is the clearest runoff I've had
As for the once a year, I like the idea of one per season, maybe we should swap each time!

I'm not always a fan of Ginger In beers but the combo of Ginger and Coriander does sound interesting. Hop it turns out good
