I think the 'nice dark yeast' is break material, not yeast... I may be wrong though

I,ve only got a few bottles of this left and its still very good :lol:
One only criticism is that it is now too fizzy because I used too much priming sugar. I will brew this again one day and use CRS to bring the pH down
and also use less priming sugar, or none at all.

I couldn't even organise myself sufficiently to take photos of my second attempt at all-grain nevermind my first, maybe next time.
