I'm going to go with mine. Just wanted to see how cloudy yours was. Or was it a krystalweizen?

Cool! Mine is that dark you have to hold it up to a light to see the haze! :D

Busy weekend just gone. Thursday I did a honeyed ale.


Then Saturday found time for my dunkelweizen. I've used your recommendations on my original recipe. The only minor change was I was 200g shy on my Munich Malt so I added 200g Belgian Aromatic Malt as replacement. Yeast wise I have been determined to use my recovered Erdinger Yeast. To those who think its simply a lager bottle conditioning strain I would very much doubt this. After 3 hrs of vigorous aeration the starter was mind-blowingly sour grapefruit aromas. I can't wait to see how this works.
