Homegrown Saaz Bohemian Pils - Brewday 02.May.2011

Tasted this again yesterday, it's cleared up a lot but still a slight haze. This is a really really pale beer, dry and crisp, like a good (german) pilsner. The banana fruity flavour of the hops is fading, and they are starting to taste more like Saaz hops, with that subtle, gentle spice beginning to become evident.

I think this may well turn out to be my best homegrown hop beer so far
