I'm in a somewhat similar position at the moment simco.
Was busy cutting grass when the boil was underway, I reckon I got a 20 min boil.
Not having the same dedication I just chucked it in the FV.
Bottled last night and I have to say I'm very supprised.
Mind it's a Dunkel Weizen so clarity wont be an issue, bit on the sweet side all right, very little in the way of hop bitterness(which again isnt the end of the world in this beer)
I think it's very hard to really feck this thing up
