So here we go now the weather is better :D not that it rains in my shed


Grain:
3kg Lager Malt
2kg Golden Promise Malt
200 gms Torry Wheat
200 gms Cara Gold

Hops:
20gms Motueka @ 60min http://www.nzhops.co.nz/varieties/motueka.html
50gms Motueka @ 15min
30gms Motueka @ FO

RIMS:
42º @ 15 min
50º @ 15 min
64º @ 60 min

Yeast:
Liquid Ridleys

23 Ltrs of 1056 in the FV :D and all snug in the Cooled Incubator at 19.5º

This can't be right, these all look like fairly common beer making ingredients, haven't you forgotten the sugar puffs?

yea have that book and I know its common for Cider, I was watching the Oz and Hugh beer program the other day ( again) and some chap used kidneys, Oysters and Jelly fish.

I have been thinking that as I eat a great deal of Monkey Nuts I could put the shells in the mash as they may add something if not help the mash bed( but never had a problem with stuck mash, but now I will :) ).

Still might try a SPUD Beer or Beetroot but not until I brew up another CITRA-SMIFF as thats a good beer but my automatic beer saver has kicked in and I can't sample any more at the moment :( ( the Gas has run out and need another bottle)
