Looks like a good starting point for TTL, I bet you'll end up adding more late hops in future versions though.

With the late hops would you add them to the boil afterwards or in a muslin in the cornie. And which would you use the goldings, fuggles or the stryrians?

For completeness here's a picture of this beer which i've started tonight, it's only been in the keg for 2 and a half weeks but it tastes great!
