2.5% Carafa Spec III*
0.9 g/L Pride of Ringwood* (8.4% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
0.9 g/L Pride of Ringwood* (8.9% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)
Single step Infusion at 68°C for 75 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes
Fermented at 18°C with WLP009 - Australian Ale

All targets hit within TT (Terry's Tolerances). Ambient temperature means that I will move the FV into the brewfridge tomorrow morning, then add the WLP-009.
An easy day, with a break for lunch and cleaned up in good time (before SWMBO gets home).
