A nice leisurely BIAB brewday...

Dingo's Donga Dark Ale (Australian Dark/Old Ale)

Original Gravity (OG): 1.041 (°P): 10.2
Final Gravity (FG): 1.010 (°P): 2.6
Alcohol (ABV): 4.03 %
Colour (SRM): 17.1 (EBC): 33.7
Bitterness (IBU): 29.2 (Average)
Water: Simple overnight with Camden and Tbsp of Gypsum.

77.5% Flagon Malt*
15% Flaked Wheat*
5% Crystal 150*
2.5% Carafa Spec III*

0.9 g/L Pride of Ringwood* (8.4% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
0.9 g/L Pride of Ringwood* (8.9% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)


Single step Infusion at 68°C for 75 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 18°C with WLP009 - Australian Ale

All targets hit within TT (Terry's Tolerances). Ambient temperature means that I will move the FV into the brewfridge tomorrow morning, then add the WLP-009.

An easy day, with a break for lunch and cleaned up in good time (before SWMBO gets home).
