Naming beer after a newborn may be the future but if you were truly hardcore you'd name your newborn after your beer
I can just see you down at the registry office telling them Mini Wez MkII is to be called "Grumpy Bum legless frog turbo cider"

Well done.
Nice to get some input on honey beers - have one coming up in August.
Look foward to how this one comes out.

The last two brews (this one and Legless Frog) i've used Whirlfloc & DaaB's flying starter both have got off to great starts and both have had clean krausens, hardly any trub or brown patches on the top. Just checked this oe and it's got a 5 inch clean head and chugging like a steam train. 21 degrees.

watch that temperature....get it down a bit if you can, unless you like amyl acetate (banana/pear drops) in your beer.

Kegged this one tonight (1012), on tasting the honey is coming through but as I wanted it to have a good honey taste I went ahead and primed the keg with 100g honey, also put 4 500ml bottles of it in the bottle store (which is growing nicely)
