I’ve cracked a few bottles of this over the last couple of weeks and I’m pleased with it. When I brew this again I’m going to make some tweaks to the malt profile as I thought it was lacking body and tasted a bit thin (perhaps more Carared to add more body?). First time using my new mini kegs and I will be opening these this weekend at a friend’s party. I under primed the bottles a tad so these aren’t as lively as I was hoping they would be.
I’m pleased with the colour of the beer and the red hue is definitely there in the right light.
