AG#72 Duke Hefe & AG#73 American Porter

I brewed the Duke Hefe on the 14th, and the American Porter on the 15th in the Brew Dog bar Leeds

Name: Duke Hefe

Grain Bill:
2930g Pilsner Malt 50%
2930g Digemans Wheat Malt 50%


Hops:

11g Hallertau Traditional 5.5% FWT
14g Hallertau Traditional 5.5% 15min
14g Tettnang 3.7% 15min
Orange Peel 5min
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 65°C for 60 minutes
60 minute boil
Pinch of Gypsum at beginning

Yeast:
Ferment at 20°C
Brewed to 29 litres
IBU:12

SG: 1044
FG: 1010

Brew Date:14/07/2015
EST ABV: 4.9%


Name: American Porter

Grain Bill:
4600g Marris Otter 78%
400g Brown Malt 7%
230g CaraMalt 5%
300g Chocolate Malt 5%
170g Crystal 60 3%
50g Roast Barley 1%
50g BlackMalt 1%


Hops:

10g Magnum 17.3% FWT
10g Warrior 17.7% FWT
15g Chinook Pellet 12.8% 15min
20g Herkules 17.3% 5min
15g Nugget Pellet 10.2% 5min
23g Chinook Pellet 12.8% Flameout
23g Nugget Pellet 10.2% Flameout
30g Chinook Pellet 12.8% Dry Hop 4 days
55g Herkules 17.3% Dry Hop 4 days
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 67°C for 60 minutes
Boil for 60min.

Yeast: Imperial Brewery Strain

Ferment at 22°C
Brew to 20 litres
IBU: 55

SG: 1058
FG: 1012
