Ok, so I'm going to blow my own trumpet a bit here......
Tried another bottle of this brew on Monday, and the extra week of conditioning has taken things to another level that I used to dream about.
That dry finish has gone and I'm left with a crystal clear Blonde, that has amazing (IMO) malt flavour. Every mouthful was the same and I had to pinch myself to make sure that it was really happening.
I firmly believe that this success is down to refining my water treatment, which is totally down to the help and advice in the Brewing Liquor forum.
Cheers

Re: AG#12 - Vienna Blonde
You blow your own Trumpet Monkey, and I will blow mine for you as well!
I always say `Bloody Lovely Mun` to a good Beer. This Beer is way beyond that! It is Fantastic!

,
Good Hiss on opening, lively on pouring, Great smells, Great Taste, very light mouthfeel, absolutely clear beer! Awesome!
Very easy to drink, you would not think this is a 6.9% beer. Wish I`d had a few more sent to me! (Hint, Hint).
This compares to a `Brains Gold`!
Well Done Monkey!
