inaugural brew AG#01 American IPA

5.3 kg Maris otter
250g biscuit malt
250g carapils

90 minute mash at 66 degrees

50g chinook at 15min
15g mosaic at 5 min
15g ahtanum 5 min
15g mosaic steep
15g ahtanum steep

Dry hop with 15g ahtanum and mosiac

I was supposed to get 23l at 1.057 post boil but ended up with 20l at 1.060

A couple of issues to improve on but all in all I'm happy with how it went

I may venture into liquid yeasts at some point but thought I'd keep simple to start
