Hi Guys, This lager turned out quite well although it doesn't have much Fizz which sometimes isn't a bad thing with lager, still get a decent head when pouring a pint =D> Might add a bit more sugar for extra carbonation on the next batch. It went down well with my beer tasters at work received some good feedback. May have to stick a 10 Gallon batch on before Xmas =P~
