Well did this one this morning.
The og was a bit lower than stated on the blurb.

Mash 25L @ 67 c - 60 mins
Finish mash temp 64 c
Sparge 10L @ 80 c - 15 mins
Pre boil volume 28 L
Pre boil gravity 1052
Boil 1 hour
3 caps anti foam

Hop additions. Not stated what they were on the packs.
60
10 + whirlfloc tablet.

Post boil gravity 1056

At 20 c transfer to fermenter
Fermenter volume 23 L

Dry hop on day 10
