Concerto's a new one on me.
Hope it turns out well. And there's nothing wrong with brewing twice in 48hrs - if you can drink it all, why not?

Concerto is a Simpson brand of pale malt so like propino etc. My friend owns a local micro and let me have a couple of sacks at a tenner each so thought worth trying.
When in said second brew in 24 hours this is the first brew where I stored the wort in a Jerry can for longer than 24 hrs

Nothing like oxford gold sadly according to my dad, think it lacked the fruity sweet edge. I found it perfectly drinkable tho no idea how id improve it
