Cali common brew day

Had an impromptu brew day with my assistant, went quite well, numbers not quite there but I was rushing through it a bit. Was the ag kit from malt miller, pre boil gravity was 1.040 and og was 1.050 and got 19 litres in fv. Took a lot longer due to the help I had but need to train somebody up. You're obiously thinking well ahead!!

Let us know how this goes - was hoping to do one from MM myself but they were out of stock when I last looked.
