Impromptu Lager Brew Day

Post by MattGuk » Sat Jun 19, 2021 12:46 am

So, after having just finished my Keg, I decided at 6pm after work today, I would get a brew on.
Got in, planned a recipe, treated water and mashed in by 7pm.
Smooth brew day, decided to carry out a sparge today, usually carry out full volume in my brew monk, but wanted to see if the extra little bit of time spent sparging would make a difference.
Managed to gain a couple extra points, which is always good.
Anyhow, here are some pictures from the brew evening.
