Now you tell me

This brew seemed to be a comedy of errors in the last 20 minutes, firstly the boiler cut out and came back on again so I have no idea if my IBU's will be on target. Then I decided to cool my wort and pass it through the hop bed for a second time to remove the cold break the hop strainer buggered up so I had to sterilise a sieve and pout it through that! Once I'd got it all tucked up and put away the fecking little dog disappeared (we found the little turd factory in the end). How come this sort of crap only seems to happen to me? I need another beer!

Anyhoo there's 25l of 1042 wort tucked up in the dining room.
I know DaaB is only have a bubble but , i've done this hopping schedule twice with 6.8 % cascades, i'd imagine 5.8 % challengers should be ok considering they are used not only as bittering and flavour hops but also aroma hops.

Glad to hear you found the little turd factory :D

You could be following this turd factory around.....I took this CLASSIC shot in Colonial Williamsburg (the place where all us vagabonds conspired to kick the King to the curb)

You wouldn't so much need a poo bag for one of those more like a bin bag!
