Disaster, all that could go wrong did. The boil is only on now in the kitchen on the hob cause my electricity in the shed shut up shop after 10 mins and then the cheapo camping gas i bought died after 5 mins. I have a mountain to climb before i brew next weekend :shock: will post pics later

Never give up, anyway now i know all the problems i'll sort them for next time. The mash tun worked better than i could have dreamed :lol: didn't even lose a half degree. Twas everything else i had problems with :roll:

my thermostat is working :D i had a sparky in, he put the leccy in the shed. I must have a word with him :twisted:

anyhoot boil over settling now, gonna start cooling at 11, wonder how long the cooler will last before it breaks :roll:

Yea Wez one of the pros of having a foreign bird, she always wants to fly home :D I see what you mean DaaB my photography skills were right up there with my brewing skills yesterday " i forgot to turn on the night shot :oops: " think i learned a lot to help with future brews :roll:
