Just a little update, tested gravity today and was down to 1.011. Had a taste from the trial jar and I am chuffed to bits, it not only tastes better than any of the extract brews I have done but also tastes better than many of the good bottled beers I drink regularly and its not even done fermenting yet. I had wondered before whether it really was possible to make good home brew but now I know the answer is a resounding yes. No looking back now its AG all the way for me.
