AG #2 for Brewery No.42 - Northdown Wonder

I thought this had stopped fermenting today as nothing was coming through the airlock so I drew some off into a sample jar and tested it, thankfully it's not as dark as I feared. It was at 1.020 so gentle rouse and it's kicked off again. Anyway the important thing is it tasted very nice already. I am amazed at how much cleaner and fresher AG tastes already.
