LOL, yeah the 50:50 split is less 'ballsy' but I think reasonable, just running off the 2nd batch now. :D

Ah, you'll be fine, I can normally get the boiler on to heat the mash liquor at 17:45 and have 50L in FV's by 23:30, also manage a few tasters along the way.

Will those olives be for your Grandkids to enjoy? I thought they took ages to fruit well? I'd plant one yesterday if I thought it'd crop.
