I feel for you.

I'm "working from home" tomorrow......which means sitting in the kitchen with a laptop, phone and brewery....

Mind you, I always work from home when I'm not travelling, which I do a lot, so I guess it evens out in the end.

Est Brewhouse efficiency = 75%

Actual Brewhouse efficiciency (this batch) = 77.15%

Efficiency into boiler = 95.85%

Efficiency into fermentor (45L got 22.5 in each FV) = 78.9%


I'm hoping this is good.

Up bright and early as resquired, checked the FVs to find krausen already half formed and the airlocks going like the clappers

Oh and I made one of Aleman's hop-stopper clones. No sign of trub in the FVs as yet. First for me Cheers Aleman!
