Great pics Si and cute cat :D

Looks like a good colour, I still seem to be drinking lighter coloured ales so its good to see a darker one for a change. I even added gravy browning to my last brew

Hi Max,

Yeah always via the tap. I don't want anything to go in the brew after the yeast is pitched. I think if it can be avoided, then avoid it.

Scarer,

Gravy browning  how has that worked out for you?

Yep 8)
If using Mr Malty, would you treat a sedimented brewery yeast sample as slurry, or liquid yeast?

Right I'm still not pitching enough yeast then according to Mr Malty. In round figures I should have pitched 100ml of sedimented yeast for this brew  .
1.011 today.

1.011 Looks like it's done now. So 4 days to reach FG and it'll now be left 'til Thursday (9 days total) before kegging and force carb'ing. 8)

Bottled & kegged this evening. Lord knows how I stumbled to this recipe but I can't wait 'til it's ready. Tastes spanky out of the FV 8)
