The yeast is pitched in and its time for clearing down.

My wort chiller doing its thing! Took it down from 80c to 27c in a little over 25 minutes.

Looking good! Quick question, did you sterilise your cooler before putting it in at the end of the boil? It is easier just to whack it in about 15 mins before the end of the boil in order to sterilise it, just one less thing to have to sanitise manually!

Ah right, cool! Very impressed with your first attempt, as you probably have found, preparation preparation preparation is the key to making a brew day go smoothly. I have 3 AG's under my belt so I am going to try crank it up a notch for the next by looking at water chemistry (my head hurts just thinking about it!)
