Another Tim Taylor Landlord brewday, lots of photos!

I've joined in as well, reduced 3L to 0.75L in my last brew of all
pale malt, it was like toffee, the pan needed rinsing out with hot
wort.

It certainly makes a darker wort and must add to the flavour, will
have to wait and see
