This ones turned out very nice and there’s defiantly a hint of caramel and elderflower, just wish I'd made this in the summer seems a bit strange drinking it when it's freezing cold outside.

Aurora certainly is a tasty hop; I'll be using this recipe a lot next summer but would probably up the hops by 10% and double the amount dry hopped.

Judging by the amount of foam left on the glass sides it went down nice and quick eh, Barry?! :lol:

Looks excellent - I have a bag of Aurora as well which I think I'll base tomorrow's pale ale on. :)

I've also got a bag of aurora hops from Paul, so will be giving your recipe a go Bazil - with the caramelisation its exactly what I'm looking for 8)
