stouts, porters, darker ales and barley wines are more associated with winter as they are seen as a heavier warming type of drink.....sipping them away in front of some roaring log fire, rather than chucking a 3.8% light guzzler down your neck while poking the barbie on a blazing hot day.....Tequilla6 wrote:Cannot quite see the correlation between winter and stout, but hey I drink stout all year round....LOL
