my local shop has about 10 varieties of white cider, due to me living in a chav area, drinking a few litres of that on a night gives your shits an interesting smell the next day i've discovered :oops:

Apparently if you drink homebrew your *&%@ doesnt smell. :)

Nice recipe Delboy btw, sounds very good so far so good luck. Im a big fan of Rochefort too so please let me know how this one turns out.

Sorry didn't see this until now, im supping a glass as i type, its great!! One thing i forgot to mention was that i bunged in a handful of styrian goldings into the fermenter after the initial ferment, seems to work really well.
I think my recipe isn't too shabby (nice and complex) but i thing the most important aspect of this brew is the yeast, get yourself some rochefort yeast (ranched or bought) and you can't go wrong.
