Tasted some of this last night, now i remember why i stopped using perle, it has the same nasty piney bitterness to it that i got the last time i tried a SNPA recipe with perle. Any SNPA i’ve done without perle have been great but this one is just nasty (will probably go down the drain). Obviously my taste buds and perle don’t get on (the wife thought it was pretty rank as well though). The annoying thing is i have 100g of them in the freezer that i can’t see myself ever using.
