sorry that's not exactly true - our house here in France (curiously) has two kitchens one for the summer and another for the winter, so this is my adopted kitchen/brewery.
It even has a shower in one corner, which I will be removing later this year to store beer or possibly make a more permanent place for my brewing toys

80ltr insulated Mash Tun (Thermopot)
70ltr electric HLT with home made digital temp controller (with PID and SSR)
pumped sparge system and pumped stainless immersion chilling system for summer use (using a ice/water-bath)

Nice to see Pie charts for grain, what are the chances of creating the Venn diagram for grain! 
or even I just tipped in my grain and I now have the face of Mother Teresa, Elvis............ I must say I do have a pic of a Knot on the bottom of my shelf that looks like Neville Chamberlain.

From my last brew.
James Bond 007 has a Defibulator in his glovebox I have one in my shed to help with me Beer
Pumping around after the boil, getting the most out of the FO hops.
and Rims in action albeit a bit fast but after a stir up I like to speed it up until it clears then slow the pace again.
