I have noticed that some of my beers could do with a bit more body so I've been thinking about mashing a bit hotter. I'm always anxious that I'll kill off all the enzymes too soon though.

I bottled the K pale ale tonight and will bottle the XX mild tomorrow. Then my FVs are freed up and I can brew again!
Liberty is a great hop. I pulled a half pint of this from the bottling bucket and drank it flat and warm while bottling, it's that good. Loads of minty, peachy aromas. Seems to be clearer than most of my brews do at this stage too, though I can't think why.
