This actually turned out more like 1.060 :shock: ... there must be an awful lot of sugar in those coco pops! (I also let quite a lot evaporate) Anyway, after 4 days it's down to 1.020 ... is that reasonable progress or could it be stuck? What kind of finishing gravity should I expect?

I would think that depends on things like what type of sugars have been released by the coco pops and what type of yeast you used.

I would say a reasonable FG to expect would be between 1015 and 1020?

I'm drinking this now and it's amazing! Sweet, rich and chocolatey, but a dry finish from hops and hard water.
