Good question, i`d probably go for 25g near the end.
I`ve never used corriander in a beer but i like the taste of them on my curry/salads.
But i`ll not be adding any chili`s :D

I had a beer last night brewed with Cascades and lemon zest, was pretty tasty!

The last pale I did was using last years home grown First Gold, that had a tangerine/marmalade taste from the hops alone.

Think i may change the corriander seeds for leaves though, as i love the taste of corriander.

Strange I always think freshly crushed coriander seeds is much more pungent that the leaves.

I'd agree with delboy. I have used both in brews, and the leaf is more subtle and also a completely different taste. I don't see it being used much, and I sort of understand why. The seed is far stronger, nice, but easy to over do.

Should these be crushed or can you just use ground coriander from spice jars?

You can used crushed but some may get through in to the FV which would really spice things up. I have always read that the fresh seeds, and freshly crushed is better.
If I used leaf again I think I would make a tea of it prior to brewing to sample exactly what taste goes through.

Why not add a spoonful of lime pickle to and see how it turns out :D

Seriously though at a guess i wouldn`t use ground corriander myself, but thats not to say it wouldn`t do the job,
but i`m guessing freshly ground seeds would have a lot more flavour than powered.
